Description

Starline Email Router for Contact Form 7 is an independent extension that works with Contact Form 7. It lets you route form submissions to different email recipients based on what visitors enter into your form fields.

Define conditional rules that check field values and send the submission to the appropriate email address automatically. No coding required — set up everything from the WordPress admin panel.

How It Works

After installing and activating the plugin, head to any existing Contact Form 7 form or create a new one. You will find a new "Email Routing" meta box below the form editor. Add routing rules by specifying a form field, a condition type, a comparison value, and the destination email address. Rules are evaluated in order — the first matching rule wins.

Key Features

  • Create multiple routing rules per form — Add as many conditional rules as you need for each Contact Form 7 form.
  • Match conditions — Supports equals, not equals, contains, starts with, and ends with operators for maximum flexibility.
  • Rules evaluated in order — First match wins. Drag and drop to reorder your rules for precise control.
  • No coding required — Configure everything through the WordPress admin interface. No hooks, filters, or PHP knowledge needed.
  • Works alongside existing CF7 mail settings — The plugin complements Contact Form 7's built-in mail configuration. If no routing rule matches, the default CF7 mail settings are used as a fallback.
